We don't collect payment card details ourselves — card payments are handled directly by our payment provider (Stripe), who process and store that information under their own security standards; we only ever see the outcome of the transaction, never your full card number.

- To fulfil your order — processing payment, arranging delivery, and providing after-sales support. (Necessary to perform our contract with you.)
- To run our loyalty, gift card and referral schemes, where you've chosen to take part. (Contract / consent.)

- To keep records for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, as we're required to by law. (Legal obligation.)

4. Who We Share It With
We don't sell your personal data to anyone. We share it only where it's genuinely needed to serve you:
- Our delivery partners, so they can get your order to you
- Our payment provider (Stripe), to process card payments
- Our email marketing platform (Mailchimp), only if you've agreed to receive marketing emails
- Manufacturers, where needed to honour a product warranty
- Regulators or authorities, where we're legally required to
5. How Long We Keep It
We keep customer and order records for as long as needed to deal with warranties, after-sales queries, and our legal obligations for accounting and tax records (typically at least 6 years for financial records, in line with HMRC requirements). If you ask us to erase your data and there's no legal reason we need to keep it, we will.
